  3. Click the Filter-in-Place icon and define a filter in the Gen Details and Transaction Details fields.
  4. Click again the Filter-in-Place icon to execute the query.

When an incoming SyncReceiveDelivery BODs do not have corresponding purchase orders, the transactions are tagged using the column PO Exists in the left multiview panel of the Transaction on Queue form.

    • A value of "0" means that the SyncReceiveDelivery BOD has no matching purchase order saved in the system tables, and no accrual has been created.
    • A value of "1" means that the corresponding purchase order of the SyncReceiveDelivery BOD is in the system and it can be evaluated and validated against existing agreements.

This tagging is checked when SyncPurchaseOrder BODs are received. When a match is found, the SyncReceiveDelivery BOD is re-queued in the Transaction on Queue form for processing, using the details from the matched purchase order for the computation of the rebate accruals.
