Inbasket (Workflow) settings

Perform these steps to change Inbasket user settings:

  1. Open User Settings:
    • From the toolbar at the top of the Inbasket, click the Settings icon (gear icon).
    • From the Tools menu, click User Settings.

    You can also access the User Settings from the Infor Smart Office canvas. Click Show > Settings > Workflows.

  2. Change the default data area by selecting a different data area from the list.
  3. Change the default role by selecting a different role from the list.

    You can also make a role the default by right-clicking on it in the Roles pane in Inbasket.

  4. Change the enabled data areas. You can filter the data areas displayed by Inbasket by specifying comma separated values, for example, DataArea1, DataArea2. If the Enabled Data Areas is blank, all data areas you can retrieved from the server is displayed in Inbasket.
  5. Change the initial page size by selecting the initial number of records to retrieve for the Inbasket list.
  6. Change the subsequent page size by selecting the number of additional records to retrieve when scrolling the Inbasket list.
  7. Add workunit number to your Inbasket display by selecting the Workunit Number display check box.
  8. Click Save.
