Other ways to access Inbasket

In addition to using Inbox to launch Inbasket if necessary, you can also open Inbasket directly in these ways:

• From the canvas or Navigator search boxes, specify inbasket.

• From the Infor Smart Office Navigator panel, click Workflows > Inbasket.

• You can also create a canvas shortcut for the Inbasket or add the Inbasket to your Favorites list in Navigator.

  • To create a canvas shortcut: From the Inbasket Tools menu, click Create Canvas Shortcut. You can place the Inbasket icon anywhere on the canvas..
  • To add Inbasket to your Navigator favorites tab: From the Inbasket Tools menu, click Add Inbasket to Navigator Favorites.
