Configuring the Inbox for Process Automation Inbasket

The first time you use Inbox to see your Process Automation work items, you must configure the Inbasket communication channel to display the appropriate information. This procedure is only performed once.

  1. From the Infor Smart Office Show menu, click Widget Library > Inbox.
  2. Click the Settings icon (gear) on the Inbox.
  3. Select the Inbasket Channel.
  4. Click Save.
