Configuring inbox to monitor Infor BI/Analysis watches

To receive watches (alerts) in the Infor Smart Office Inbox, you must configure Inbox to process them. The Inbox is a Infor Smart Office widget. Configuring it to show watches is a one-time procedure for each user.

Perform these steps to configure Inbox to monitor Infor BI/Analysis watches:

  1. Open the Inbox.
    1. From the Infor Smart Office canvas, click Show and then click Widget Library.
    2. From the Infor Smart Office canvas, click Show on the toolbar and then click Widget Library.
    3. From the menu of widgets that appears, scroll to Inbox and drag it onto your canvas.
  2. Configure Inbox to receive Watches.
    1. Click the Settings icon.
    2. Select Watch Channel from the list.
    3. Click Save.
