Mashup Designer.
General enhancements

These enhancements are available in Mashup Designer:
- FormPanel and ListPanel can now show the standard toolbar
with limited functionality
- A new FtpPanel that wraps the functionality of the File
Transfer Wizard is now available
- The DataTreeview mashup control now has option to suppress
duplicate tree nodes
- A PanelLoadFailed notification will now be triggered by any
of the mashup panels (Data, Detail, Form, List, and Report) that fail to load
properly
- The FormPanel will trigger the FormScriptAction Succeeded
and FormScriptActionFailed events, and handlers for each have been added to
Form Panel, ListPanel, DataPanel, DetailPanel, and ReportPanel
- A new AttachmentsPanel is available and will respond to
events from a ListPanel, FormPanel, or DataPanel (if a token is specified) for
tokens with header level attachments
