Infor Smart Office for LCM 10.x server requirements

These requirements apply to installation of the Infor Smart Office package created for LifeCycle Manager 10.x. There are additional requirements for M3 and Lawson applications.

LifeCycle Manager 10.1.x, minimum 10.1.1.0 For Infor Smart Office installations, the LifeCycle Manager service must be installed using JDK 1.7.

H2 is intended for development and verification environments only. For production environments, only MS SQL Server is supported.

MS SQL Server 2019 is supported in ISO 10.2.1 HF53 and later.

For Lawson applications

Component Supported versions Notes
Distributed Security Package For Lawson System Foundation 10.0.x, use the Distributed Security Package version 10.1.0.x. See Distributed Security Package Installation Guide in the Infor Security product download record.
For passive authentication to work in Infor Smart Office, these requirements must be fulfilled:
  • LCM 10.x, minimum 10.1.3.x, must be used for installing Grid, SAML Session Provider, and Inform Smart Office.
  • Infor Smart Office server must be installed in Grid 11.1.13.0.33 or later.
  • The Grid where Infor Smart Office server is installed must be configured with SAML Session Provider 1.13.6 or later.
  • The first Identity Provider must be ADFS and the version must be 2.0, 2.1, or 3.0.
Note: Passive authentication cannot be configured using DSSO Session Provider.
DSSO Session Provider Use the DSSO SP 2.0.7 found as a separate download for Infor ION Grid 11.1.11.0 under LSF.
