Switch Canvas

If the Infor Smart Office administrator has given permission for you to do so, you can have multiple canvases.

You can have more than one canvas if, for example, you perform different roles with different duties.

When you perform one of your roles, you use certain widgets and forms that you open on your canvas. When you perform another role, you can have different set of widgets and forms open on your other canvas.

To make multiple canvases, use the Save Current Canvas feature to save the canvas to a file in your desktop. From the Show menu, click Switch Canvas/Save Current Canvas. Save the canvas in a location on your computer.

The Save Current Canvas feature saves the current layout and content only. Running applications or settings are not stored.

When you open a saved canvas, the new canvas replaces your current canvas. Ensure that you save your changes for the next time you use the canvas.
