Timer widget

The Timer widget is an electronic timer that you can keep on your canvas for easy access.

You can use the timer widget to, for example, count down the number of minutes until your next meeting.

Perform these steps to add and configure the Timer widget:

  1. From the Show menu, select Widget Library > Timer.
  2. Specify the hours followed by a colon (:), the minutes followed by a colon, the seconds, and then click Start.

    For example, to set a timer for 30 minutes, specify "00" for hours, "30" for minutes, and "00" for seconds.

  3. When the time elapses, a dialog box displays (unless you have deselected this dialog) a message.
