Adding shortcuts to the toolbox from the Personalize menu

The toolbox is the form extension that slides out from the right side of a form.

You can add a shortcut to a related form, links, and actions from the Tools > Personalize menu. When you do this, a link to the item appears on your toolbox.

If you have many shortcuts, creating groups to organize them is a good idea.

If you have created scripts, you can use them with shortcuts. This feature is for advanced users.
