Hiding or showing fields (without conditions)

  1. From the program or form for which you want to hide or show fields, perform these steps:

For M3: Click Tools > Personalize > Show > Hide Fields.

For Lawson: Click Tools > Personalization > Show/Hide Fields > Unconditional.

The form opens in a grid with check marks appearing to the right and left of field names. Check marks to the right of a field name are for hiding/showing the field itself. 3. If you want to hide all fields on a form, click Clear All.
  4. To reinstate a field that has been hidden, click it. When then checkmark appears, the field is no longer hidden.

To reinstate all hidden fields, click Show All.
