Adding a new note to a field

  1. Right-click the field you want to add a note to.
  2. Select Notes > Add.

    If notes have been made for the field to which you are adding a note, they can be displayed by selecting Show/Hide.

    A small green triangle in the left corner of the field box indicates there are notes present.

  3. Specify your message.
  4. You can choose whether the note is Private or Shared.
    • Private: can only be viewed by your account.

    • Shared: can be viewed by everyone.

  5. Select Save when you are finished creating the note.
  6. To delete a note, open it and click X in the top-right corner.
  7. Click the Notes dialog box to close it.
