Adding a new note to a field
- Right-click the field you want to add a note to.

Select Notes > Add.
If notes have been made for the field to which you are adding a note, they can be displayed by selecting Show/Hide.
A small green triangle in the left corner of the field box indicates there are notes present.
- Specify your message.

You can choose whether the note is Private or Shared.

Private: can only be viewed by your account.

Shared: can be viewed by everyone.

- Select Save when you are finished creating the note.
- To delete a note, open it and click X in the top-right corner.
- Click the Notes dialog box to close it.
