Configuring the M3 Info Monitor

  1. From the Infor Smart Office canvas, click Show > Widget Library > M3 Info Monitor.
  2. Drag the widget onto the canvas.
  3. Specify this information:
    Settings Descriptions
    Widget Name Specify a name for the monitor widget.
    Automatic Refresh Rate Select a value from drop-down list. Default value is Do not Refresh.
    Display Content As Select a value from drop-down list. The data can be presented in classic list, card view, or graph view. When you select graph view, see lda1576614789683.html##L15894227467896 for further instructions.
    Program Select the M3 Program.
    Transaction Select a transaction from the list.
    Input Select the check box of the input parameters.
    Output Select the check box of the output parameters.
  4. Click Save.

Configure the graph display

  1. For Display Content As, select Graph View and click the Browse button.
  2. Specify this information:
    Settings Descriptions
    Chart type Select the type of chart. The data can be presented in pie, bar, line or column.
    Label column Select the label for the column.
    Value columns Select from the list.
    Group by column Select from the list.
    Group by type Select from the list.
    Enable debit/credit conversion Select or clear the box. If check box is selected, specify the debit and credit sign.
  3. Click Drill-down.
  4. Specify this information:
    Settings Descriptions
    Program Select the M3 Program.
    Transaction Select a transaction from the list.
    Input Select the check box of the input parameters.
    Output Select the check box of the output parameters.
    Map Drill Parameters Select from the available values.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK to close the graph view settings dialog box.
  7. Click Save.
