Accessing a variable
Variables appear from the context (right-click) menu of fields where they can be used. You access variables in the same whether you created them yourself or your administrator created them.
Right-click a field that allows you to filter.
Example 1: Vendor form (list view)
Vendor Group, is a filter field on Vendor (AP10.1). Right-click in Vendor Group to open Variables.
A list of variables that have been created for the field appears. Select the variable you want to work with.
Example 2: Lawson Info Browser
You can use variables to access filter fields with the Lawson Info Browser.
