Special form actions

Depending on the form you are working with, these options are available for selection:

Email or URLs active

Some forms that contain fields for email address or URLs are active. You can launch an email or navigate to the URL directly from the field.

Mail an image of the current window

Application forms, including Drill Select and Drill Around windows, and jobs and reports forms let you mail an image of the current window.

Attachments to forms

If a form has an attachment and you have been given access by your administrator to work with attachments, you can view and edit attachments in Infor Smart Office. Infor Smart Office provides a spell check feature to help you create attachments.
