Hiding and showing form tabs

If a form contains multiple tabs, some of which you do not want to see, you can hide them. The tabs are not removed from the database, just from your version of the form.

If you have removed tabs from your version of a form, you can add them back to the form through the show feature.

  1. From the form for which you want to hide or show tabs, click Personalization > Show/Hide fields.

    The form opens in a grid with fields and tabs. Checkmarks appear to the left of tab names.

  2. Click on a checkmark to remove it.
  3. Clear All removes all fields along with tabs.
  4. To reinstate a tab that has been hidden, click on it. When then checkmark appears, the tab is no longer hidden.
  5. Click Save.
