Recovering a job in Infor Smart Office

If a job shows a status of Needs Recovery, it means it did not complete successfully. Performing a recovery procedure in Infor Smart Office solves the problem.

Perform these steps to recover a job in Infor Smart Office:

  1. From Job Scheduler, locate the file that shows Needs Recovery, right-click, and then click Recover.

    With the job you want to convert selected, click the Actions menu and then click Recover.

  2. In the dialog box, click Recover.

    If the job runs successfully, status will change to Success.
