    • Form Views: If multiple forms exist for a form, select the view you want to use.
  3. Send items to the toolbox by highlighting them in the Available list and then clicking the Add button to send them to Selected list.

You can also drag and drop items from the Available list to the Selected list by clicking the item and dragging it over.

  4. To remove an item from the toolbox, click Remove.
  5. Select the item and then click Move Up or Move Down.

You can also drag and drop the items in the Selected list to change their positions by clicking and dragging them to the position you would like.

  6. Use Heading to create a new heading, which will appear in the Toolbox.
  7. Use Space to create a space, which will appear in the Toolbox.
  8. Use Remove All to remove all the shortcuts in the current list, that is, all the Related forms, sub-forms and so on.

Remove All removes all shortcuts that are associated with the form you are working with.

  9. Click Save.
