Defining a report

  1. If this is a new job for which a job definition has not been created, perform the rest of the steps to define the job.

    If the job already exists, skip to the next procedures for information on running the job.

  2. Access the batch parameter form for the batch update program or report that you want to run.
  3. Specify values for Job Name and Job Description.

    Actions that are grayed-out are not available.

  4. Specify job-specific values for other parameters as needed.
  5. Click Add.

    If you receive a message that the job already exists, click Change to change the name of the job to a unique name and then click Add.
