Key fields
Data within many Lawson forms are indexed, or organized, by key field. You must access a record through a key field. Many Lawson forms are organized by Company. To locate a record to work with, you must first select a Company. A form can have multiple key fields. In the case of the Employee form, also known as HR11, Company and Employee (a unique identifying number for an employee) are both key fields; you must first select a company to work with and then an employee.
