Working with Job Scheduler in Infor Smart Office
Use Job Scheduler to select a time for a job to run.

Open Job Scheduler.
From the Show menu, select Widget Library > Navigator.
From Navigator, select Lawson Transactions > Lawson Jobs & Reports > Lawson Job Scheduler.
- With the job you want to work with selected, click the Actions menu on the toolbar.

Perform any of these functions that are available from the Actions menu. Actions that
are grayed-out are not available.
Job Scheduler Actions menu item What it does Change Waiting Job Change submission parameters for the job, including job queue, run date, and time, and so on. Delete Queued Job Delete a job that is in the queue but has not yet run. You might do this if you had discovered that a large job had invalid parameters. Recover Queued Job Recover a job that is in the queue but has not yet run. You might do this if you had discovered that a large job had a problem that could be corrected by recovering. Recover Waiting Job Recover a job that is not yet in the queue. You might do this if you had discovered that a large job had a problem that could be corrected by recovering. Run Waiting Job Immediately Runs the job immediately. View Job Log File Opens a log file of information about the job. Sort By You can choose to sort by these filters:
- Job Owner: Person who currently owns the job. This is usually the person who created the job.
- Job Name: Name of the job.
- Parameter: The application, job or report, that generated the print file.
For example, CU201..
Because multi-step jobs are associated with more than one application, for sorting/grouping purposes, Multi-step Job appears in the Parameter field for multi-step jobs.
- Start Date: Date the job was started.
- Create Time: Time the job was started.
Print Screen Send the current screen of jobs to a printer. Refresh Data Update the list with any new jobs that have been created. Toggle Select All Select all jobs in the list or deselect if all jobs are currently selected. Close Window Close Job Scheduler.
