Viewing contacts (online and offline)

All contacts are available for display in your Communicator widget, including those that are currently offline.

The filter icon on the bottom left of the widget indicates whether all contacts are displayed. When a line appears across the icon, the widget shows all contacts. Otherwise, the widget only shows online contacts. Click the filter icon to change how the widget shows online and offline contacts.
