Jobs and Reports Tools
Infor Smart Office provides these tools for working with jobs and reports:

Job List: A list of all jobs that you are allowed to see. The list shows who owns the job, the status of the job (that is, whether it completed successfully or not), and provides other information.

Job Scheduler: A tool for managing when a job will be run.

Print Manager: When a print file version of a report exists, you can use Print Manager to view the report online, send it to a printer or perform other functions.

Recurring Job Definition: A tool for defining that jobs that should be run on a recurring basis. You set up the job one time and then it runs automatically at the times you specify.

Multi-Step Job Wizard: Multi-step jobs are jobs that perform multiple functions. They can be complex to set up. Infor Smart Office includes a wizard that walks you through the process of creating a multi-step job.
