Making selections for the dynamic date interval
You can determine when a conditional style should start and stop being used.
For example, you could set up a condition to locate invoices that are past due. Then you could set up a style for the field data to display in yellow if they are ten days overdue, orange if they are 30 days overdue and red if they are 60 days overdue.
The Set Data Interval dialog box is for making these selections.
-
Set Date Interval: This button must be selected in order for other selections on this dialog box to be active.
-
Conditional style starting: Type a number and then select Days, Weeks, Months, or Years and Before or After from the drop-down lists.
-
Conditional style starting and ending: Type a number and then select Days, Weeks, Months, or Years and Before or After from the drop-down lists.
If you do not specify an end date, the style will continue indefinitely.
Note that the intervals that are available for selection depend on the selection you made for Operator. For example, if you selected that the condition should compare dates "Later than" another date, the "and ending" option is not available.

Click OK when you are finished making changes. You will be at the Work with Formatting dialog box.
