Default Data Area | Define a valid data area as the default, or leave this setting blank. | |
Default Role |
Define a valid role as the default, or leave this setting blank. The role must be a valid role/task that belongs to the default data area. This setting determines the default role for Inbasket. When Inbasket opens, it displays tasks and messages for the default role first. |

Enabled Data Areas |
This setting filters the list of data areas. Entries should be comma separated, for example, DataArea1, DataArea2. Inbasket then shows DataArea1 and DataArea2 and hides all other data areas. If the value is blank, all data areas are displayed in the Inbasket. |

Initial Page Size | 250 Records | This is the number of tasks that will be displayed when Inbasket is opened. Available choices are 250 records, 500 records, 1000 records, and All Records. |
Subsequent Page Size | 50 Records | This is the number of additional tasks that will be retrieved when a user scrolls to the bottom of the records list. Available choices are based on Initial Page Size selection. |
Display Work Unit Number | Disabled | If enabled, the Work Unit column will be displayed in the task list. |
