Ongoing system administration considerations
As an Infor Smart Office system administrator, you can do these tasks to administer Infor BI-related features in Infor Smart Office:
Administering personal watches
Personal Watch Administration allows administrators to monitor the number and activity of personal watches on their system. If you are an administrator, you cannot see the content of the watch, only that a user has subscribed, how often the watch is run, process dates, and how many times the watch has been run. You cannot delete a user's personal watch. You can disable a watch if it causes system slowdown.
You administer Personal Watches using the Personal Watch Administration tool in Smart Notifications. You must have administrator privileges in Smart Notifications to access the tool.

Managing Infor BI widgets
Infor Smart Office delivers several widgets which are specific to Infor BI users. For more information on general widget administration, see Widget administration overview.

The Watch List displays a list of the watches set up by the user. It is available by default in the Widget Library. See Watch List widget.

The Gauge Widget and Heartbeat Widget are not delivered with the Widget Library. They are added to the canvas using the . You can set the style of gauge to display. See Gauge and Heartbeat widgets.
