Managing the default canvas

You have several options in determining how to distribute the canvas to users.

• Create one default canvas and make it available to all users. By default, all users can make changes and save their own personal canvases. If you want users to use the default canvas only, you can disable this feature from the Mango UI settings in the Settings Editor. See Managing the default canvas.

• You can also set up rules in the Settings Editor to control these settings for groups of users. For example, you could create a unique default canvas for each user group you define. You could allow some groups to create and save their own personal canvases, and restrict other groups to using the default. The settings you define in the group policy will override the values defined in the Settings Editor. See Infor Smart Office settings overview.
