Monitoring Infor Smart Office

The Grid Management pages allow you to monitor the status of the Infor Smart Office server and nodes running in the Grid. See About the Grid Management Pages.

To monitor the hardware usage on your client machine, Windows Task Manager is recommended. You can monitor the CPU and memory usage on the Performance tab and the memory usage for each process on the Processes tab. Interesting processes to look at are MangoClient.exe.

The operating system also provides a tool called Event Viewer. Important messages are saved here in the Application, Security, or System logs. You should look at these logs when there is a problem starting the Infor Smart Office or if it there is an unexpected shutdown.
