Using Infor Process Automation with Infor Smart Office

Infor Process Automation is Lawson's business process modeling (BPM) software products, which let you create automated Lawson processes (flows) that use Lawson and non-Lawson data. Using this tool, users can graphically define a "flow," which is a series of activities that need to be executed in a particular sequence. A flow transfers information and/or work from one user to the next until the work is completed.

Infor Process Automation user has access to the Inbasket, which is a location where Work Items that have been assigned through a flow are sent for processing by the user. Users access the Inbasket through the Infor Smart Office Navigator widget. Inbasket messages can be displayed on the Infor Smart Office canvas in the Inbox widget.
