Configuring Infor Smart Office to use a SAML router

When an existing environment must be changed to use passive authentication, configure the grid router that Infor Smart Office uses to use saml2 authentication when connecting to the Infor Smart Office server. If a new grid router is being used, each user must use the Infor Smart Office install page once to get the new server URL after changing the HTTPS URL to the Grid value.

Perform these steps before installation.

  1. Access the Grid Management Pages and click Topology View.
  2. Expand the node for the SAML Router and note the SYSTEM.HTTPS port value and the address of the SAML router.
  3. From the Topology View, click the Management Pages for MangoServer (Smart Office).
  4. Click Install Point Configuration.
  5. Specify this information:
    HTTPS URL to the Grid

    Specify the HTTPS URL using the HTTPS port value obtained in step 2.
