Infor Smart Office Administration Tools
Users with administrator privileges have access to the Administration Tools menu in the
Navigator, which provide access to these tools:
- The User History tool allows the administrator to view lists of users who access Infor Smart Office. See Viewing Infor Smart Office user history.
- The Profile Editor is used to set up system profiles, which the administrator creates to organize back-end systems so that end-users can access multiple applications. See About system profiles.
- The Predefined Widgets tool allows the administrator to create new versions of some default widgets. See Using the Predefined Widgets administration tool.
- The Category File Administration Tool contains files in different data categories. By design, most of the files can be connected to roles. See Managing category files through Category File Administration tool.
- The Settings Editor is used to update Infor Smart Office configuration files. See Assigning settings to users and roles through Settings Editor.
- The Installation Point Manager is used to administer Infor Smart Office features and applications such as mashup applications. See Using the Installation Point Manager.
- The Mashup Administration Tool allows you to manage user access to mashup applications. See Assigning users access rights to Mashup applications.
- The Startpad Manager Tool allows you to create, manage, and deploy startpads. See Working with startpads.
- The Log Viewer allows the administrator to view, filter, and save Infor Smart Office server log files. See Viewing Infor Smart Office and related products log files.
