Using Infor Business Intelligence for Lawson/M3 with Infor Smart Office

Infor Business Intelligence (Infor BI) for Lawson/M3 is an analysis and reporting tool. Infor BI for Lawson/M3 provides reporting capabilities, plus the ability to set up alerts to notify you of changes to the data in your system.

Using Infor BI for Lawson/M3 with Infor Smart Office provides some additional functionality which is not available in other interfaces:

• Watches - Let you monitor Lawson form values and alert you if a condition has been reached. You can watch from the Infor Smart Office canvas or have an alert sent to your inbox if a threshold has been reached. Users can set up their own watches using a wizard interface.
• Watch Manager - From the Infor Smart Office Navigator, users can select My Watches > Manager to view and change watches they created.
• The Navigator widget - The Navigator lists dashboards, watches, and reports that are available to the user.
• The Inbox widget - When changes occur to data that is being monitored in a watch, an alert is sent to the user's Inbox.
• The Watch List widget allows the user to see a list of all watches they created.
