Locating form personalizations

  1. From Infor Smart Office Navigator, click Infor Lawson/Lawson Administration > Lawson Personalization Manager.
  2. On the Forms tab, select Source Type:
    • Global: Custom forms available to all users

    • Role: Custom forms available to a specific role

    • User: Custom forms created by specific users.

      The Source Type User is available for viewing, copying, and deleting form personalizations. Do not select this option if you are planning to create a new custom view or update an existing one.

  3. Select the data area.

    When you have selected Source Type and Data Area, a list of Sources appears.

  4. Scroll through Sources until you locate the one that contains form (or existing personalization) you want to work with and then click Select.
  5. On the Manage Personalizations dialog box, scroll to locate the form you want to work and then click the button for the action you want to perform (View, Copy, Create New, Edit, Delete).
