Adding Infor Document Management to the system profile

The configuration settings for Infor Document Management are located under the CA application.

• If IDM is installed in the same instance of LifeCycle Manager, you can use the Basic option to select an Infor Document Management server from a list of available installations. The Profile Editor automatically configures the correct server settings for IDM you have selected.

  However, starting with version 10.0.2, IDM will not support LifeCycle Manager. Therefore, the feature in the Basic option which enables a user to select an IDM server (by logging in to LCM) will not be available. Use the Advanced option instead to configure the settings.

• Use the Advanced option if one of these is true:

  • IDM is installed in a different instance of LifeCycle Manager.

  • IDM was never registered in LifeCycle Manager.

  You can browse the LifeCycle Manager server tree to locate the server settings.
