Setting up users for Infor Process Automation and Infor Smart Office
These setup and configuration must occur for Infor Process Automation users to use the Inbasket in Infor Smart Office.
Users must set up these components:

In Landmark security, as valid actors assigned to the Inbasket User role.

In Infor Process Automation, as LPA users.
The PF profile in the Infor Smart Office profile editor must be populated.
