Updating startpad files using exported .zip files

You can also use the Startpad File Administration Tool to manage startpad files that are deployed to the server using exported startpad .zip files. This is useful if, for example, you are administering startpads which are created and managed by other users and shared with you for deployment.

• If you deploy a new startpad using a .zip file, you will need to set up user and role access.

• If you update a currently-deployed startpad using a .zip file, the user and role access for the original startpad will be preserved.
