Configuring Grid to retrieve the Infor Smart Office user display name to be retrieved from the active session provider

  1. Launch the LifeCycle Manager client.
  2. Navigate to the Grid Configuration Manager.
  3. From the main screen, go to Applications > MangoServer > Edit Properties.
  4. Expand the Server section.
  5. In the Retrieve display name property value, select "true" to retrieve the display name from the active session provider.
