About personalization files

SForms personalization files are stored on the Lawson Enterprise Applications server in $LAWDIR/persistdata/lawson/SmartClient/data/forms/Data Area. Under this directory, there are three subdirectories:


Directory	Purpose
/global	Stores global personalizations which apply to all users. Global personalizations are named for the token to which they apply. For example, the HR11.1.xml file in the /global directory determines personalization options for all Infor Smart Office users with access to HR11.1.
/roles/`RoleName`	Location where roles are stored. Roles contain personalizations that can be applied to groups of users. See Administering Lawson User Roles in Infor Smart Office.
/users/`UserName`	Location where personalizations created by individual users are stored. Personalization files are named for the token to which they apply, for example HR11.1.xml .
