Infor Process Automation and Infor Smart Office integration requirements

You must use the Profile Editor to edit a system profile to include the Infor Process Automation application. See Adding Process Automation to the system profile.

After the profile is correctly configured, the Workflows application and a link to launch the Inbasket will automatically appear in the Navigator. Users can access the Inbox Settings menu to choose to receive Workflow Messages in the Inbox.
