What happens when a new personalization is created?
When a user creates a new personalization, these sequence occurs.

Infor Smart Office writes the new personalization file to the correct location in the Lawson Enterprise Application file system.

When a user starts a form, Infor Smart Office checks whether there is a personalization for the form.

When the user updates a personalization, Infor Smart Office updates the user files and the new or changed personalization will be available immediately.
If you update a role or global personalization and apply it to a user, the user must log out of Infor Smart Office and log in again in order to use the new personalization.
