Creating a new form personalization

Perform this procedure if you want to create a new view that you can then assign to users via a role (or globally if you want all users to have it).

  1. From the Forms tab with the source (file that you want to based your new personalization on) selected, click New.
  2. You are prompted to assign a name to the view you are creating.

    When you do so, the view opens in Capture mode which shows the form grayed-out.

  3. Right-click anywhere in the Capture node dialog box to open a list of available personalizations.

    Make the needed edits. Instructions for how to make specific personalizations (change properties, edit labels, and so on) are in Infor Smart Office help for end-users.

  4. Click Save.
