Lawson Administration menu in Infor Smart Office
Infor Smart Office includes an administration menu for Lawson applications that is grouped in Navigator with Infor Lawson for easy access.
The menu provides access to these items:

IOS Cache Refresh: If system behavior indicates a problem that refreshing cache might solve, you can refresh cache from this tool.

Lawson Import/Export Manager: A tool that allows administrators, or anyone granted access through their role, to export to a zip package the various personalization files that are stored on the Lawson application server. After exporting, the package can then be used to import the files to another server.

Lawson.Net Trace: A tool for viewing call and transaction details for troubleshooting purposes.

Link Manager: The tool for creating links to documents and other information. Link Manager is also accessible from the Tools menu when a form is open.

Role Manager: The Lawson tool for creating user roles.

View Internals: Access to all information about a system, including components and a particular user's access
