LSF Administration Tools in Infor Smart Office

Infor Smart Office includes a menu for LSF administration tools. The available tools are dependent on the version of LSF. You can use these tools to manage and configure your LSF environment settings.

To view the LSF Administration Tools menu, you must have portaladmin access. For non-admin users, access to the tools can be granted on the Administration tab in Role Manager.

To access the menu, go to Navigator > Infor Lawson > LSF Administration Tools. The menu provides these tools:

  • Distribution Group Definition: This tool allows you to define, update, or remove distribution groups.
  • Distribution List Group Definition: This tool allows you to define, update, or remove distribution list groups.
  • Job Queue Definition: This allows you to define, update or remove job queues.
  • Job Queue Group Definition: This tool allows you to define, update or remove job queue groups.
  • Language Definition: This tool allows you to define, update, or remove defined languages.
  • Locale Definition: This tool allows you to define, update, or remove locales.
  • Printer Definition: This tool allows you to define, update, or remove printer.
  • Printer Group Definition: This tool allows you to define, update, or remove a printer group.
