Without M3 Workplace/iBrix

Verify that the M3 UI Adapter specified in the system profile is configured to use the same M3 Business Engine as Smart Office.

The M3 system profile tab has both Basic and Advanced views. Most of the tasks can be done in the Basic view. The Advanced view must be used if M3 UI Adapter does not use standard HTTP and HTTPS ports.
