Viewing Internals (Lawson System Information) in Infor Smart Office (Infor Lawson System Foundation only)

This topic describes how to view information about a user's running system in Infor Smart Office.

For Infor Smart Office administrators, more information about the information gathered through View Internals is available in the Infor Lawson System Foundation administration documentation.

As an Infor Smart Office user, your system administrator might request that you gather this information for troubleshooting purposes.

Note: Users must have access to the Lawson Administration menu (portaladmin attribute = yes in User Attributes) to View Internals. If necessary, you can temporarily grant users access to this menu.

Perform these steps to view internal system information:

  1. From Navigator, select Infor Lawson > Lawson Administration > View Internals.
  2. Click the tab that contains you want to view.

    This information is described in greater detail in Infor Lawson System Foundation administration documentation.

  3. To export the information from a tab to a text file, click Export.

    The information opens in a text editor. Save the file to your local machine.
