Adding Infor Business Intelligence to the system profile

The LBI profile configures the connection to Infor Business Intelligence (The Analysis application in the Infor Smart Office). Analysis will automatically appear in the Navigator when this profile is correctly configured.

  • Select the check box to enable LBI.
  • Complete the configuration.

Port Specify the listening port for Framework Services.
Host

Specify the fully-qualified domain name of the server where Reporting Services is installed.

For example, LBIServer.lawson.com.

BaseFolder Specify the base directory location of Reporting Services on the server. For example, /ers.
SSOEnabled

If you are using Infor BI with M3 BE, specify False.

If you are using Infor BI with Lawson System Foundation, specify True.

Protocol

If the Infor BI server is set up to use HTTP transactions, specify http.

If the Infor BI server is set up to use HTTPS transactions, specify https.

Specify the fully-qualified domain name of the server where Framework Services is installed.

If you are using Infor BI with the Lawson Distributed Single Sign-on Solution (DSSO), this value must exactly match the host name you provided as the Distributed SSO server name in the DSSO configuration.

For example, LBIServer.lawson.com.

BaseFolder Specify the base directory location of Framework Services on the server. For example, /efs.

If you are using Infor BI with M3 BE, specify false.

If you are using Infor BI with Lawson System Foundation, specify true.

Specify the URL to the Smart Notifications application. The format is http://ServerName.DomainName.com:SNPort/SNBaseDir.

ServerName.DomainName.com is the fully-qualified name for the server where Smart Notifications is installed.

SNPort is the listening port.

SNBaseDir is the base directory where Smart Notifications is installed.

For example, http://LBIServer.lawson.com:1400/lsn.
