Enabling users to choose a system profile when starting Infor Smart Office

Sometimes, users need to access more than one system profile. There are two ways to enable this.

• Use the "Enable selection of system profile at logon" setting on the System Profile tab in the Infor Smart Office settings dialog. If this setting is enabled, users can select from a list of system profiles when they sign on to Infor Smart Office.

• You can also create a shortcut on the desktop that starts the Infor Smart Office with a specific system profile.

  The format of the start URL:

  http://server.company.com/mango/MangoClient.application?server=https://...&profile=profile name

  Example: http://server.cmp.com/mango/MangoClient.application?server=https://server.cmp.com:19006&profile=Production

  Note: A URL cannot contain spaces. If the profile name contains spaces, replace each space with %20.
