User attributes

Infor Smart Office users must be assigned attributes in Lawson Resource Management. Typically, a security administrator will do this task.

The Resource Management attribute PortalRole determines the role and, therefore, the access rights, of an Infor Smart Office user. All Infor Smart Office users must be assigned the PortalRole attribute.
