Clearing settings cache in the Management Page

Clearing the settings cache should only be done when a new user has been added to a group but the user does not receive its expected setting based on a set rules.

  1. Access the Grid Management Pages and click the Management Pages next to Application MangoServer link at the bottom of the page.
  2. Log in using your Grid credentials.
  3. In the MangoServer Admnistration, click Miscellaneous.
  4. In the Cache management under Miscellaneous, click Clear.
