Messages do not appear in the Inbox

This is normal behavior for the widget. It occurs under the following conditions:

Dead widgets on canvas
Problem | Possible causes |
---|---|
You see dead widgets on your canvas | This occurs when a watch was created and added to canvas. The local cache has since been deleted (i.e. the channel is gone) and the watch record has been deleted manually from the Smart Notes database. |
